 Hassan Soleimani and his wife Afsar opened Darya Persian Restaurant in November, 2005, and look forward to bringing a new tradition in food and hospitality to the Aurora community. Hassan worked for a national restaurant chain for eight years and decided to open a restaurant that represents some of his country’s traditions and food. “We use Persian spices and saffron that brings a unique taste to our food,” states Hassan.
